ABOUT STEPH
I've spent the last 5 years with an intimate view into what actually works (and what doesn't) when it comes to scaling coaching businesses. As an OBM and business strategist, I've supported more than 100 launches across various industries - from relationship coaches to birth workers, business coaches to health experts.
Here's what I discovered: more offers ≠ more money.
In fact, the clients who saw the most sustainable growth were the ones who stopped creating endless new offers and instead focused on building ONE core, scalable program.
This isn't just theory for me. I lived it myself when I went from making 30k in one year (trying to sell anything to anyone) to generating 100k+ the next year (and sustaining it) by focusing on ONE core offer. That experience, combined with my background in systems, marketing, and data, led me to develop my unique framework for helping coaches create signature group programs that leverage their expertise, not their time.
As a Projector in Human Design, I'm literally designed to understand systems and guide others in using their energy wisely. Perfect – we'll audit your existing offer and optimize it for better results using the 1:Many Mastery Framework. Often, small tweaks to positioning and delivery can make a massive difference.

Absolutely. The program is specifically designed to help successful 1:1 coaches/service providers make their transition to group offerings. You will learn everything you need to know in this program.

This will depend on how quickly you want to launch your offer. Although I’d recommend at least 90 days of prep leading up to your first launch and you’d want to dedicate a few hours a week to the process. The goal is to front-load the work so you can save time in the long run.

Yes. Whilst I always strongly recommend live launching your offer a few times first you will be supported with strategies for evergreen selling.
